Should we be trading Day in and Day out ? Or is it wise to always have a position in the market ? Before I have my say lets hear what our legendary trader Livermore has to say. To quote:
"One cannot be successful by speculating every day...There are only a few times...when you should allow yourself to make a commitment."
Never were truer words spoken about trading. Coming to the present markets. It would be very tempting to go short in the present condition, but we will resist the urge for now and prefer to wait on the sidelines. Lets wait and see how far the markets move on the downside. As we have always said bucking the trend is a dangerous thing to do. It can be very injurious to our financial health. The trend is still bullish and we are not going to try and catch every correction of this run. We have had a good month so far and will wait for things to turn more favorable before we commit again.
