Another drop of 6.5 percent on the Chinese stock markets sent the shivers down the spines of the Asian markets, including India. We might be seeing new highs but deep down there the fear lurks, and a very true fear, that we are into a bubble situation. This market is driven by liquidity and not value.
As traders, we live for the movement and grasp trades as we see them. As, Investor I say beware of the bubble, keep a close watch and tight stops. In the long run, the value catches up with reality.
